ABOUT US:

Community Clinical Services, Inc. was incorporated in 1985 as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with a mission to serve the underserved. Since our inception, we have been committed to providing equitable access to primary health services regardless of an individual’s ability to pay. In 2000, Community Clinical Services was designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center, Look Alike (FQHC-LAL).

Our FQHC status enables us to offer a Sliding Fee Discount to our patients based on income levels. Please navigate to the Sliding Fee Scale Page to learn more about our Sliding Fee Discount.

We offer Medical, Behavioral and Pediatric Dental Care services in Lewiston and Auburn Maine.
