We are seeking a Full Time Senior Accountant to join our amazing team of professionals at CCS!
Requirements
Accounting Principles: Strong understanding of GAAP and accrual-based accounting.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting systems.
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate financial information clearly and concisely.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in a related accounting role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
CPA (Optional): Certified Public Accountant license may be a plus.
Non-Profit: Experience with accounting tasks and practices for a non-profit healthcare organization preferred.

We are seeking a Full Time Quality, Compliance and Employee Health Nurse Manager to join our amazing team of professionals!
Requirements
Associate’s Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
Active State of Maine Nursing license
3-5 years of work experience, onsite and interactively, in a health care environment, to include experience in occupational health and quality improvement
Proficiency in data analysis and quality measurement tools and reporting.
In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and accrediting bodies
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in auditing processes
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
Proficient in using healthcare software applications, electronic medical records, and quality monitoring tools
