Director of Finance and Administration

The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for the management and direction of CCS’s Finance and Human Resource Departments, including financial reporting, payroll, budgeting, reimbursement, statistical reporting, and financial planning services to ensure the attainment of corporate goals and objectives in compliance with the regulatory environment. The responsibilities include oversight and coordination of the on -sight work of the external auditors and regulatory agencies. The Director presents complex financial information and monthly financial statements to the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors for the system. The Director attends the Board Audit, Finance Committee, and Personnel Committee meetings.

CCS Pediatrics Lewiston

LEAD MEDICAL ASSISTANT

The Lead Medical Assistant in Pediatrics will work to meet the needs of the practice by providing clinical and clerical support services.  They will provide clinical care to patients within the Medical Assistant scope of practice, including obtaining vitals, in-office testing/procedures (EKG's, urinalysis, draw blood, pregnancy test, etc.), administering injections, and assisting in the assessment of physical, psychological, and social dimension of patients and participate in implementing a plan of care.  In this role, the Lead Medical Assistant will be responsible for training and preparing new Medical Assistants to assume functions within the practice and developing patient education information with the assistance of a provider.  They will work with the Practice Manager to develop and maintain quality indicators.

Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant functions as a critical member of the medical office team, working towards the goals of the practice and meeting patient needs.  They are responsible for coordinating patient flow, obtaining temperature, pulse blood pressure, and weight, and administering care to patients as directed by physicians.  The MA will develop and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients and families, keeping patient information confidential and respecting patient's right to privacy

Patient Service Representative

The Patient Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patients, acting as an information conduit between the patient and the physician practice.  They will be responsible for welcoming visitors and patients by verbally acknowledging and offering assistance, inquiring about the reason for the visit and responding appropriately based on needs, arranging for visitors to meet with the necessary personnel, and preparing and providing information and documentation.  Additionally, the Patient Service Representative will be responsible for managing patient appointments, physician schedules and coordinating follow-up and ancillary services for patients.

Community Health Worker

The CHW is responsible for extending the reach of Community Clinical Services in the local community. The CHW engages community members around their health needs, focusing on cancer screenings and follow-up; identifies and refers patients to other local resources, serves as a cultural broker for program services, supports patients in accessing health care, empowers clients to develop skills for navigating the health system, and teaches clients how to adopt healthy behaviors. The CHW works closely to support other staff responsible for the coordination and delivery of medical services to patients. The majority of work may occur within the community.

Outpatient Counseling

The Clinician position at CCS Outpatient Counseling will provide counseling services in an outpatient setting. The model of treatment provided is dependent upon each individual's needs.  This role will be responsible for collaborating with other providers to provide holistic care to clients, developing individualized treatment plans for each patient that identifies individualized, measurable goals, and documenting treatment progress and goals in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).  The Clinician will model appropriate social interaction skills, including boundaries, communication, conflict resolution, etc. with patients, families, peers, and others.

Social Worker BS Level

Community Clinical Services, affiliated with St. Mary's Health System, is seeking an organized, self-motivated person to provide case management services to adults with emotional or psychiatric diagnoses as part of the Behavioral Health Home Organization.  The BHHO is a team approach to case management and provides improved care coordination and access to services that address both mental and physical health, as a whole person approach to wellness.  This person will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients.
