Wednesday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

If you have a non-urgent medical need outside of our office hours, please call our main phone line at 207-753-5400. You will be connected with our after-hours nurse triage service.

If you or a loved one are experiencing a medical or behavioral health emergency, please dial 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.

WALK-IN ACUTE VISITS

Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 2 PM

No appointment needed. Walk-ins are seen on a first-come, first-served basis. Wait times may vary based on provider availability.

PLEASE NOTE: Walk-in visits are for acute (new or sudden) concerns only. We are unable to provide chronic symptom management during walk-in visits.

  • Sore throat

  • Cough & cold symptoms

  • Urinary tract infection (UTI) symptoms

  • Ear pain

  • Eye pain or discharge

  • Allergies

  • New or worsening vomiting, diarrhea, or abdominal pain

  • Asthma flare

  • Mouth infection

B-Street Health Center, named for our location on the corner of Bates and Birch Street in Lewiston, is a Primary Care Medical Office with Primary Care Providers, Integrated Mental Health Providers, and Community Health Workers that all work together with a large team of clinical and administrative healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive, high-quality and compassionate health care to all patients that seek our services.
