Department Updates

Psychiatry -

As of 05/01/2025, our psychiatry office at 100 Campus Avenue is closed for in-person sessions.

PLEASE CONTINUE TO CALL US AT 207-777-8974 FOR YOUR MEDICATION REFILLS, APPOINTMENT REQUESTS, AND ANY OTHER MATTERS PERTAINING TO YOUR CARE.

Jacob Elie, PMHNP - Continuing services at B-Street Health Center.
Rachel Goulet, PMHNP - Transferring to B-Street Health Center to continue services, date TBA. Patients may transfer with her. In the meantime, services will continue via telehealth.
Colin Pope, MD - Continuing services via telehealth only for current patients through 07/31/2025.
David Schenk, MD - Continuing services via telehealth only for current patients through 07/31/2025.

Outpatient Counseling -

CCS Dental is closed as of 5/1/2025. If you need your dental records, please see our Request Records Page for instructions.

CCS Pediatrics -

St. Mary’s Health System has acquired CCS Pediatrics (including all staff, providers, and patients) as of 5/1/2025. There is no action patients need to take at this time, other than contacting your insurance carrier to ask about how this change may impact your coverage.

School-Based Health Centers -

CCS School-Based Health Centers have closed as of 5/1/2025.

Maine Crisis Line (MCL)

The Maine Crisis Line (MCL) is the state’s crisis telephone response service for individuals or families experiencing a behavioral health crisis or having thoughts of suicide and/or self-harm. Trained crisis call specialists answer the line and provide free and confidential telephone support and stabilization 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can call 711 or 1-888-568-1112 if you or a loved one need crisis support.

Transferring your Records -

Once you have determined where you would like to transition your care, you will be required to fill out a Records Release Form in order for us to legally share your records and care information. This form may be provided by your new care location, or you can download the form linked below:

Your completed Records Release Form can be faxed to 207-777-8958 (ATTN: Medical Records/HIMS), or mailed to:
